*MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL POLICY:

Alumni can become Stuttgart American Schools Alumni Association MEMBERS with the purchase of one of four available membership plans: Yearling - 1 Year, Colt - 2 Years, Filly - 3 Years, Stallion - 5 Years.

Prior to the expiration of a purchased plan, MEMBERS will receive a notification reminder that current membership is expiring and will automatically renew using the credit card on file. Payment information must be updated at least 30 days prior to membership expiration. All membership payments made to SASAA are non-refundable.

Privacy Policy for SASAA Members and Alumni Association Contacts:

1. SASSAmay collect personal/private information necessary for official alumni association purposes only. 

2. This includes, but is not limited to, alumni communications, event invitations, newsletters, fundraising initiatives, and alumni-related activities. 

3. SASAAA will not share, sell, or rent personal/private information to any third party or external agency without your explicit consent, except as required by law. 

4. Access to this information is restricted to authorized personnel who need to know the information for alumni association purposes. Authorized personnel are the Reunions & Membership Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary, President, and Vice President.
